MEEMAW UPDATE
Just talked to Meemaw, she seems to being doing very well. She had called Pappy and said they had a very nice phone conversation. She also said she has an "appointment" at the Senior Center in the morning. She said she is going to start with their exercise program and then she what else she likes. Said she had talked to Emily this week and that all the Boone Reagan's had been sick. Said she wouls see us all the weekend of February 15th.

Unless something changes, she is planning on coming home with us that wkend, and staying a couple of weeks and then we'll either take her home or meet Jason 1/2 way.
The couple who run her favorite Chinese restaurant invited us to celebrate Chinese New Year with them after the place closed for the night. So Meemaw and I went at 10 last night. She ate jellyfish, duck, fishball soup, squid and a bunch of other authentic dishes. They had chicken feet but we both declined.
I talked to her this afternoon and she told me all about the Chinese party. Jason & Meemaw are going to get Slanted eyes(not that there's anything wrong with that, I love all people)
Jason you need to think of some songs for Bradbury!!! Plan on singing lead alot....
Yuuum,chicken feet,why they even bother with those is beyond me. But I feel the same about wings. Jason, we can always do our old standby "The Fox".
I have gathered up 5 boxes for Memaw,she said she wanted to pack up some books and stuff from the trailer.
Pappy said he was really looking forward to the show for the 16th. I think we all are. Not just the show but having you guys in town (both bunches) is such a treat for everyone.
Joyce, let me know what you want brought to the party after Bradbury. I think a stripper would be nice and exciting. I can probably get one of the guys from the Hwy. Dept. to do some striptease. Let's see...Jim Henry or Ricky Daniels, there's endless possibilities.
I've had too much coffee, I have to get off of here.
